A UC Santa Barbara Economics graduate, Jordan spent five years studying the housing market from the policy side as a housing policy writer at the Asian Real Estate Association of America, researching affordability, briefing congressional offices, and authoring industry-acclaimed publications. Now he works directly with that research, serving buyers and sellers in Aliso Viejo and South Orange County.

Jordan knows how this market works under the hood. Weekly market updates, boots on the ground in the community he serves, and a deep understanding of the macroeconomic trends driving the local economy. No hype, no guesswork. Just data-driven analysis.

But the numbers serve something bigger. Jordan is fortunate to be a husband and father putting down roots in Aliso Viejo, where he teaches “Daddy & Me” music classes to new parents at the Mommy Center. He believes a home is where family life happens, not just a line on a spreadsheet, and treats every client’s move with the care he’d give his own family’s. Jordan can also be found performing music theatre on stages throughout SoCal.
